White-Label Development for Digital Agencies

Extra Development Capacity — Without Another Full-Time Hire

We are a founder-led development team helping web, design, and marketing agencies deliver websites and web applications under their own brand. Clear estimates, agency-friendly workflows, and no direct marketing to your clients.

Start with one project. No long-term commitment required.

How a project moves Your brand
  1. 1 You send the brief Figma, spec, deadline, preferred model
  2. 2 Written scope & estimate Assumptions, timeline, acceptance criteria
  3. 3 Build on staging Your repository or ours, written status updates
  4. 4 QA & handover Source files, access, and documentation to you

The situation

When Your Pipeline Grows Faster Than Your Production Capacity

A new client is ready to start, your internal developers are fully booked, and hiring takes too long. We step in as an extension of your production team — for one task, a complete build, or ongoing monthly support.

Your developers are fully booked

The work is sold, the schedule is full, and the client is waiting for a start date.

A project needs to start now

A developer dropped out, or the timeline moved and the build has to begin this week.

You need a specific technical skill

WooCommerce, Laravel, or an integration your in-house team does not cover.

Hiring full-time does not add up

The volume is real but uneven — not enough to justify another salary.

Keep the client relationship and project margin. We handle the development work behind the scenes.

Three Ways to Work With Us

Start with a single defined project. Move to overflow support or reserved capacity when the volume justifies it.

Fixed-Price Project

Best for
Projects with a reasonably defined scope — an approved design, a spec, or a clear feature list.
How it is estimated
We clarify requirements, document assumptions, and send a fixed estimate with a timeline. Out-of-scope changes go through a change request.
Typical work
Site from a Figma design, WordPress theme, landing page, WooCommerce store, a Laravel feature, redesign or migration.
Billing
Milestone-based invoicing against the agreed scope.
Get a Fixed Estimate

Reserved Monthly Capacity

Best for
Long-term partners with recurring monthly volume who need predictable availability.
How it is estimated
You reserve an agreed volume of team time per month and get priority scheduling.
Typical work
Several parallel client projects, with hours reallocated between them under agreed rules.
Billing
One monthly invoice and one consolidated report.
Request Monthly Capacity Options

On pricing: agency partner pricing is structured to leave room for your project margin. Send a brief for a fixed estimate, or request our current capacity options.

White-label commitments

Your Client Relationship Stays Yours

These are the terms we work under by default, and we are willing to put them in writing.

  • We work under your agency’s name and process.
  • We do not market or sell directly to your clients.
  • NDA and non-solicitation terms are available.
  • Your agency controls client communication.
  • We do not publish the work without written permission.
  • Source files, code, and project access are transferred as agreed.

You choose how visible we are

Three modes. The first one is the default unless you ask for something else.

Invisible delivery

Default

We communicate only with your team. Your client never interacts with us and does not need to know we exist.

White-label meetings

We join approved calls as part of your delivery team, using your agency’s naming and presentation.

Technical partner

We are introduced openly as your approved development partner — only when that is convenient for you.

How it works

A Process You Can Explain to Your Client

Anton is your primary contact from the first message to handover.

  1. STEP 1

    Send the Brief

You share the task, designs, deadline, and the cooperation model you have in mind.

  2. STEP 2

    Scope & Estimate

We ask questions, then document scope, assumptions, timeline, cost, and acceptance criteria.

  3. STEP 3

    Build & Report

Work happens on staging or in the agreed repository. Written status updates twice a week, or on your schedule.

  4. STEP 4

    QA & Handover

QA against the checklist, in-scope fixes, deployment, and transfer of sources, access, and documentation.

  5. STEP 5 — OPTIONAL

    Ongoing Support

After launch you can move to monthly support or reserved development capacity.

When something changes

  1. You send the change request in writing.
  2. We document it and explain the impact on budget and timeline.
  3. Work continues only after your approval.

FAQ

Questions Agency Owners Ask Us

Will you contact our clients directly?

Only if you explicitly ask us to. By default, all communication goes through your agency. We do not market or sell services to your clients.

Can you work under our agency’s brand?

Yes. We can remain completely behind the scenes or join approved meetings as part of your delivery team.

Can we start with one small project?

Yes. A defined pilot project is often the best way to test communication, quality, and workflow before discussing ongoing capacity.

Do you sign NDAs and service agreements?

Yes. We can work under a written service agreement and NDA. Specific contract terms are reviewed before the project begins.

How do you estimate projects?

Send the brief, designs, required functionality, and deadline. We review the scope, ask clarifying questions, document assumptions, and provide either a fixed estimate or an hourly range with a cap.

Which time zones do you work with?

Our core hours are 09:00–18:00 Kyiv time (EET/EEST). That gives full overlap with UK and EU agencies, and a morning overlap with US Eastern and Central time. For US West Coast partners we schedule calls outside core hours by agreement. Written updates mean you are never waiting on a call to know where a project stands.

Can you work in our tools and repositories?

Yes. We can work in your project-management system, communication channels, design files, and code repositories, subject to the access and security rules you define.

Who owns the code and deliverables?

Ownership and transfer terms are defined in the service agreement. After agreed payments and handover conditions are met, the approved deliverables are transferred as specified in the contract.

What happens when the scope changes?

We document the requested change, explain its impact on budget and timeline, and proceed only after approval.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Support can be provided as a separate monthly arrangement or as reserved development capacity.

What are your rates?

Pricing depends on the scope and engagement model. We offer agency partner pricing designed to leave room for your project margin. Send us a brief for a fixed estimate or request our current capacity options.

How do you maintain delivery continuity?

Our team operates across Ukraine and Romania. We use distributed project access, version-controlled repositories, documented handovers, and backup connectivity to reduce dependency on a single person or location.

How is this different from hiring an individual freelancer?

You get a documented scope, written estimates, shared project access, QA before handover, official invoicing, and NDA support. Delivery is organized as a team process rather than depending entirely on informal communication with one contractor.

Can we contract through Upwork?

For eligible engagements, we can discuss using Upwork if that is more convenient for your procurement or finance team. Availability and contract format are confirmed before the project begins.

Have a Project Your Team Cannot Fit In Right Now?

Send us the brief, design, or even a rough description. We’ll review the fit, identify the questions that affect scope, and suggest the most practical way to work together.

No long-term commitment. Start with one project or a small paid pilot.
