We do not start with a big project: first a prototype on your own data and a measured result. After that — a fixed-price project or ongoing care for the AI systems.
The model is chosen for the task and the budget — from the OpenAI, Anthropic and Google APIs to open-source models on your own server, when the data cannot leave your perimeter.

What we did A Laravel and React app where every record has an internal code and search works by meaning. The in-app chat and external agents use the same tools, and permissions are checked on every call.
Result The app already holds 141 parts, 235 photos described by AI and 538 vectors, and agents made 86 changes over the past week. We use it ourselves, and it is genuinely convenient.

A script runs steps that are written out in advance. An agent is given a goal and a set of tools — a CRM, email, spreadsheets, APIs — and decides for itself which steps to take, asking a person whenever the case is doubtful. We build agents on n8n and LLMs.
RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) is the approach where the model answers not “from memory” but from your own documents, retrieved for the particular question. That way the assistant quotes your price list or your policy with a link to the source instead of inventing. More on the RAG development page.
Data travels over encrypted channels, access is separated by role, and personal data can be masked before it is sent. If the data cannot leave the company perimeter, we deploy an open-source model on your own server.
The pilot takes 2–4 weeks. A simple assistant or automation, a few weeks more after the pilot; a solution with complex integrations, one to two months. The dates are fixed in the contract along with the price, and a month of support after launch is included.
