Business process automation with AI agents

AI agents take over the routine inside your company: they sort requests and email, check documents and invoices and compile reports. We build them on n8n and LLMs around your process, and people keep the decisions.

Who it is for

Which processes to hand to an AI agent

  • Sales and support

The agent qualifies requests from the website, email and messengers, adds them to the CRM, alerts a manager and drafts email replies.

  • Documents and invoices

The agent reads invoices, contracts and delivery notes, checks them and records them in your accounts or a sheet, flagging doubtful ones to a person.

  • Reports for managers

Data from the CRM, ads and spreadsheets is compiled into a report on schedule — without manual copying or mistakes.

What’s included

What automation with AI agents includes

  • Process analysis

We look at how the process runs now, where the time goes and what the agent can take over.

  • Agent scenario

We describe the steps, rules and limits: what the agent does on its own and what it hands to a person to decide.

  • Integrations

We connect your CRM, email, spreadsheets, messengers and service APIs through n8n or Make.

  • AI models

The OpenAI or Anthropic API, or an open-source model on your server — chosen for the task, the budget and the data.

  • Log and control

Every action of the agent goes into a log, and a person confirms the important decisions.

  • Data security

Access only to the systems needed; when data cannot leave your perimeter, the model runs on your server.

  • Measuring the result

We compare the process before and after: how much time and how many operations the agent takes over — and decide what to scale.

  • Launch and support

We train your team, and a month of support after launch is included: we refine the scenario on live data.

Process

From the brief to support — four steps

  1. 01

    Brief and estimate

We pick one process with the most routine and fix the success metric, the access, the estimate and the timeline. You can test the idea with a fixed-price pilot.

  2. 02

    Development

The scenario, integrations and model — on your data. Simple agents are ready in 1–2 weeks, more complex ones in 3–6 weeks after approval.

  3. 03

    Launch

We connect the agent to your systems, check the quality on live data, train your team and leave instructions.

  4. 04

    Support

A month of support after launch is included in the price. Then — new scenarios and processes with the same approach.

How it went on real projects

The task, the solution and the result: what exactly we did and what came of it.

All cases
  • Workshop inventory app on a laptop screen: the parts table with search by meaning, next to a photo of a board
    Electronics and prototyping workshop

Workshop: an inventory app with AI agents, search by meaning and an MCP server

Task Keep everything the workshop holds in one place: parts and stock, documents, equipment, projects. And fill it in by voice and photo rather than with forms.

What we did A Laravel and React app where every record has an internal code and search works by meaning. The in-app chat and external agents use the same tools, and permissions are checked on every call.

Result The app already holds 141 parts, 235 photos described by AI and 538 vectors, and agents made 86 changes over the past week. We use it ourselves, and it is genuinely convenient.

What our clients say about us

We’re confident that after working with us you’ll leave a positive review here too.

This is where it all started. Since then we've ordered two more websites here and never even looked for another developer. Every time the work is done well and on time. I recommend them to colleagues.

We came back a second time, now with the chamber's own website. I didn't have to explain anything from scratch: they remembered how we work and suggested better options themselves. And regular clients get a discount too.

I expected it to be like other companies, where you wait days for a reply. Instead, they're always available and always get back to me. Even in the evenings and on weekends, which I really appreciated.

I paid exactly what they quoted at the start. When I asked them mid-project to add a page with my students' results, they named the price first and only then did it. No "that wasn't included" at the end. Others never worked that way.

Two days after launch, inquiries from the contact form stopped coming in. I wrote to them on a Saturday, and it was fixed by lunch. The problem was with the hosting, but no one said "that's not on us." They just sorted it out.

I know nothing about websites. They explained everything in plain language, no jargon. Before handing the site over, they showed me how to change the text and photos myself and recorded a video. Now I update everything on my own. Thank you for your patience.

The site went live a year ago, and I still message them about small things: adding partners, posting photos from the celebration. They answer as if they'd delivered it yesterday. Not once have I heard that the contract has ended.

We needed the site before the season started, and the deadline was tight. They promised four weeks and delivered in three and a half. I never had to chase them. Every week they told me what was done. We started the season with the site already live.

Our old website brought in one or two inquiries a month. Three months after the new one launched, we get eight to ten, with no ads. We're now on Google's first page for the searches that matter. The site finally pays for itself.

Frequently asked questions about the implementation of AI agents

Planning to automate business processes with AI agents? Here are answers about what agents can do, scenarios, implementation stages, timelines, price and data security. Didn’t find yours? Write to us and we’ll find the right solution for your business.

What is an AI agent and what is it for?

An AI agent is a digital assistant based on artificial intelligence that performs routine or complex steps of a process: it handles requests and orders, checks documents and prepares reports. The agent gets a goal and tools — a CRM, email, spreadsheets, APIs — and decides which steps to take.

What tasks can be automated with AI?

Handling requests and enquiries, booking services, answering typical questions, generating invoices, updating databases, checking documents, searching for information and reporting — any process with repetitive steps.

For which businesses is AI automation relevant?

For e-commerce, financial services, medical institutions, logistics, education, HoReCa, legal companies and any business where there are repetitive tasks or a large flow of customers.

Is it safe to share data with AI agents?

Yes. The agent gets access only to the systems it needs, every action it takes goes into a log, and a person confirms the important decisions. If the data cannot leave your company’s perimeter, we deploy an open-source model on your server.

How long does it take to create an AI solution?

It all depends on the complexity. Simple agents go live in 1–2 weeks, more complex ones in 3–6 weeks after approval.

How much does automation with an AI agent cost?

From ₴20,000 for automating one process; the exact price depends on the number of steps, integrations and the volume of data and is fixed in the contract. A month of support after launch is included.

Where should automation start?

With one process that has the most manual routine. If you want to test the result first, start with a fixed-price pilot on your data — and scale only what has proven its effect.

How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?

An agent works inside your company’s processes: with the CRM, documents, email and reports. A chatbot talks to your customers on the website or in Telegram — that is a separate service, chatbot development.

Shall we discuss which process to automate first?

Tell us where you have the most manual routine — we’ll suggest an agent scenario and name the price and timeline. No obligation.
