Web application development services for business and SaaS

A web application for business is a working tool, not a shop window: customer accounts, internal systems and SaaS products with roles, custom logic, payments and an API. We start with a first working version and grow the product in iterations.

from ₴80,000

A web application with one shared core: a customer in their account, an employee at a work screen and an administrator with roles, above a database and connected services

Who it is for

Who needs a web application

  • A business with customer accounts

Customers see their orders, documents and statuses in their own account — fewer calls and emails to your managers.

  • A company with its own processes

An internal system instead of spreadsheets and messengers: customers, requests, staff roles and a history of changes.

  • A team with a SaaS product

A subscription service: sign-up, plans and payments. A first version for the first customers, then growth.

What is included

What the development includes

  • Product design

User roles, work scenarios and the data structure: the estimate and the plan of versions start from here.

  • Prototype and UI design

Prototypes of the account and admin panel screens, then the interface design. Agreed before development starts.

  • Accounts and roles

Sign-up and sign-in, personal accounts for customers or staff, and access rights of its own for every role.

  • Data and business logic

Requests, statuses, calculations, documents and a history of changes — your business rules in code, not in spreadsheets.

  • Admin panel

An admin panel for your data and processes: users, reference lists, reports — you run it yourself, without a developer.

  • Payments and integrations

Payment services and subscriptions, a CRM, email and SMS, Google Drive and Docs — connected through their APIs.

  • Security

Access rights for every role, protection against XSS and SQL injection, backups of the database.

  • Launch on your server

The code is in your Git repository, the application runs on your server or hosting, and every access is handed over to you.

Process

From the brief to the launch in four steps

  1. 01

    Brief and product design

We work out who will use the system and how: roles, scenarios, data, integrations. The scope of the first version, the price and the timeline go into the contract.

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

We build prototypes of the key screens, then the design. Everything is agreed before development starts.

  3. 03

    First working version

We develop in stages and show the finished parts as we go. A first working version takes 1–2 months.

  4. 04

    Launch and growth

We deploy to your server or hosting, migrate the data and hand over the access. Then we grow the product in iterations.

What we build web applications with

The server side runs on Laravel and PHP, the interface on React and TypeScript, the data lives in MySQL or PostgreSQL. To external systems the application opens a REST API.

How it went on real projects

The task, the solution and the result: what exactly we did and what came of it.

All cases
  • Workshop inventory app on a laptop screen: the parts table with search by meaning, next to a photo of a board
    Electronics and prototyping workshop

Workshop: an inventory app with AI agents, search by meaning and an MCP server

Task Keep everything the workshop holds in one place: parts and stock, documents, equipment, projects. And fill it in by voice and photo rather than with forms.

What we did A Laravel and React app where every record has an internal code and search works by meaning. The in-app chat and external agents use the same tools, and permissions are checked on every call.

Result The app already holds 141 parts, 235 photos described by AI and 538 vectors, and agents made 86 changes over the past week. We use it ourselves, and it is genuinely convenient.

What our clients say about us

We’re confident that after working with us you’ll leave a positive review here too.

This is where it all started. Since then we've ordered two more websites here and never even looked for another developer. Every time the work is done well and on time. I recommend them to colleagues.

The site we built

WORLD FUTURE AWARDS worldfutureawards.com

We came back a second time, now with the chamber's own website. I didn't have to explain anything from scratch: they remembered how we work and suggested better options themselves. And regular clients get a discount too.

I expected it to be like other companies, where you wait days for a reply. Instead, they're always available and always get back to me. Even in the evenings and on weekends, which I really appreciated.

Daria Zyu Daria Zyu Online store of Ukrainian-made goods, Nikopol

The site we built

ATIS atis-shop.com.ua

I paid exactly what they quoted at the start. When I asked them mid-project to add a page with my students' results, they named the price first and only then did it. No "that wasn't included" at the end. Others never worked that way.

Anna ELT anna-elt-w.com.ua

Two days after launch, inquiries from the contact form stopped coming in. I wrote to them on a Saturday, and it was fixed by lunch. The problem was with the hosting, but no one said "that's not on us." They just sorted it out.

I know nothing about websites. They explained everything in plain language, no jargon. Before handing the site over, they showed me how to change the text and photos myself and recorded a video. Now I update everything on my own. Thank you for your patience.

The site went live a year ago, and I still message them about small things: adding partners, posting photos from the celebration. They answer as if they'd delivered it yesterday. Not once have I heard that the contract has ended.

Maria Ruban Maria Ruban PR & Partnerships Manager, World Luxury Chamber of Commerce

The site we built

World Luxury Day worldluxuryday.com

We needed the site before the season started, and the deadline was tight. They promised four weeks and delivered in three and a half. I never had to chase them. Every week they told me what was done. We started the season with the site already live.

The site we built

Rakovar rakovar.com.ua

Our old website brought in one or two inquiries a month. Three months after the new one launched, we get eight to ten, with no ads. We're now on Google's first page for the searches that matter. The site finally pays for itself.

Frequently asked questions about web application development

Answers about how a web application differs from a website, where to start, how much it costs and how long it takes, and who owns the code. Did not find yours? Write to us.

How does a web application differ from a website?

A website tells people about a company and brings enquiries. A web application is a working tool in the browser: users sign in to an account and work with data, and the system carries out your business rules — it calculates, checks, changes statuses and sends notifications. If you need a website with a catalogue or service pages and a little logic of its own, a website on Laravel is enough.

Where do we start if there is only a product idea?

With a first working version — an MVP. In the brief we choose one main scenario and the minimum of roles and screens the product cannot work without, and fix that scope in the contract. The first version can be shown to the first customers or to your team in 1–2 months, and the remaining features are added in iterations, guided by how the product is actually used.

How much does web application development cost?

From ₴80,000. The price depends on the number of roles and screens, the complexity of the business logic and the integrations. After the brief we split the work into versions, name the cost of the first one and fix it in the contract together with the timeline.

How long does development take?

A first working version takes 1–2 months: product design, prototypes and UI design, development, testing and launch. After that the product grows in iterations. We name the exact timeline after the brief and fix it in the contract.

Can we order only the server side or an API?

Yes. If you already have an interface or a mobile app, or another team is building it, we develop the server side separately: the database, the business logic and a REST API. That is a service of its own — backend and API development.

Who owns the code and the data of the application?

You do. The code is in your Git repository, the application and the database are on your server or hosting, and the accounts of payment and other services are registered to you. After the launch we hand over every access; you can keep developing the product with us or with a team of your own.

Shall we discuss your web application?

Tell us who will work in the system and how — we will suggest the scope of a first version and name the cost and the timeline. No obligation.
