DevOps services and cloud migration
We set up servers and the cloud for your project: deployment, CI/CD, monitoring and backups. Cloud migration services for small and growing businesses — AWS, Google Cloud, Hetzner, DigitalOcean or a VPS — so that a release is routine, not an event.

What is DevOps in plain words
DevOps is a way to organise everything that happens to code after it is written: where it runs, how it gets to the server, who learns about a failure and when. Instead of manual steps and “it worked on my machine” — configured servers, automated deployment and clear rules.
In practice it comes down to four things: infrastructure — a server or a cloud sized for the load; CI/CD — an update goes from Git to the site automatically and the same way every time; monitoring — you learn about a problem before your customers do; backups — the data can be restored.
You do not need a full-time DevOps engineer for this: we set the infrastructure up once, document it and hand it over to you.
Who needs DevOps services
-
A project that grows and goes down under load
The site or app slows down or goes offline at peak hours: the server has to be sized and tuned for the real load.
-
Releases are done by hand
Updates are copied to the server manually, and every release is a risk: you need automated deployment from Git.
-
A move from hosting to the cloud
Shared hosting is no longer enough: we move the site, the database and the files to a VPS or the cloud by a plan, with a way back.
What we set up
-
Deployment
A server or a cloud for your project: a web server, a database, separate environments for testing and production.
-
CI/CD
An update goes from Git to the server automatically and the same way every time — no manual copying of files.
-
Monitoring and alerts
We set up tracking of uptime, load and disk space; when something goes wrong, you get an alert.
-
Backups
Scheduled copies of the database and files, kept in separate storage, with a restore test.
-
Migration
We move the site, the database and the files to the new server at an agreed time, with a plan to roll back.
-
Security and access
SSL certificates, a firewall, key-based sign-in and separate access for everyone who works with the server.
-
Scaling
We size the resources for the load and prepare the infrastructure for growth in traffic.
-
Documentation and handover
We describe how everything is set up and hand over access: the cloud accounts and servers are registered to you.
From audit to launch in four steps
-
01
Audit and plan
We look at where and how the project runs today: the server, the load, the way updates are released, the backups. We propose an infrastructure layout and fix the scope, the price and the timeline in the contract.
-
02
Infrastructure
We prepare the server or the cloud: a web server, a database, environments, access. Everything is in accounts registered to you.
-
03
Deployment and testing
We set up CI/CD, monitoring and backups, deploy the project in its new place and test it before the switch.
-
04
Switch and handover
We move the data and switch the project at an agreed time, watch the first days of work and hand over a description of the infrastructure. Moving one project usually takes 1–2 weeks.
What we work with
We choose a cloud or a server for the load and the budget: AWS and Google Cloud when managed services and scaling are needed, Hetzner or DigitalOcean when a VPS is enough. Deployment is automated with GitHub Actions.

Frequently asked questions about DevOps and the cloud
Answers about the cost and the timeline, the choice between a cloud and a VPS, the break during a migration and maintenance after launch. Did not find yours? Write to us.
How much do DevOps services cost?
From ₴30,000 for one project: a server or a cloud, deployment from Git, backups, SSL and the migration of the site with its database. This is a one-off job. An infrastructure with CI/CD, monitoring and several environments costs more — the price is fixed in the contract after the audit. The cloud or server itself is paid directly to the provider, from your account.
How long does a cloud migration take?
Moving one project usually takes 1–2 weeks. An infrastructure with CI/CD, monitoring and several environments takes 3–6 weeks. We name the exact timeline after the audit and fix it in the contract.
A cloud or a VPS — which one to choose?
It depends on the load and the budget. A website or a small app is usually fine on a VPS — Hetzner or DigitalOcean: it is cheaper and simpler. AWS or Google Cloud are worth the money when the load spikes, when managed databases are needed or several regions. After the audit we propose an option and explain what it will cost per month.
Will the site be unavailable during the migration?
We plan the migration so that the break is as short as possible: the new place is prepared and tested in advance, and the switch happens at an agreed time — usually at night or at the weekend. The old server stays on until we are sure everything works, so there is a way back.
Do you maintain the infrastructure after launch?
The set-up is a one-off job: after it we hand over access and a description of the infrastructure, and your team can run it. Monthly maintenance of the infrastructure is by agreement; we name the price after the audit. Updates of the site itself, its backups and bug fixes are a separate service, technical support.
What if the problem is in the code, not in the server?
That happens: a more powerful server will not help if the bottleneck is slow database queries or heavy logic. During the audit we look at both sides and say which will give the bigger effect. Reworking the server side is a separate service, backend and API development.
Shall we discuss your infrastructure?
Tell us where your project runs today and what does not suit you — we will look at the server and the load, propose a layout and name the cost and the timeline. No obligation.
