Who it is for

Who needs an enterprise app

  • Field crews

Installers, service engineers, couriers: tasks for the day, addresses, photos of finished work and a report — from the phone.

  • Warehouse

Receiving, transfers and stocktaking from a smartphone: the data goes straight into your system, with no paper.

  • Sales reps

The route, customer cards, orders and stock — at hand in a meeting, with no calls to the office.

What is included

What you get

  • An app built around your process

The screens follow the team’s work: tasks, forms, statuses, photos and signatures — with nothing extra.

  • Integration with your systems

Data exchange with your CRM, website or another system through an API: the office and the phone see the same data.

  • Roles and access

A manager, a dispatcher, a worker: each sees their own tasks and data and does only what is allowed.

  • Offline work

When you need it: data is kept on the device and synchronised once the connection is back.

  • Private distribution

Only your staff install the app — by invitation; it is not listed in any public catalogue.

  • An admin panel for the office

Users, roles, reference lists, tasks and reports — in a web panel, with no requests to a developer.

  • Notifications

Push notifications about new tasks and status changes — the employee knows at once.

  • Revisions and support

Two or three rounds of revisions during development and a month of support after launch are included in the price.

Process

From your process to the app in four steps

  1. 01

    Brief and process

We go through how the team works now: who does what, which data is needed and where it comes from. Within one or two days after the brief you get an estimate and a plan of stages; once agreed — a contract with a fixed price.

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

A map of screens for every role and a design on ready-made components. You see the app before development starts and check it against the team’s real scenarios.

  3. 03

    Development and integration

We write the app in Flutter or React Native and the API on Laravel, and connect your systems. We test on real iOS and Android devices. Two or three rounds of revisions are included in the price.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

We distribute the app to your staff, set up the roles and support it for a month. The first version for one team takes 1.5–3 months, the full app — from 3 months.

What our clients say about us

We’re confident that after working with us you’ll leave a positive review here too.

This is where it all started. Since then we've ordered two more websites here and never even looked for another developer. Every time the work is done well and on time. I recommend them to colleagues.

WORLD FUTURE AWARDS worldfutureawards.com

We came back a second time, now with the chamber's own website. I didn't have to explain anything from scratch: they remembered how we work and suggested better options themselves. And regular clients get a discount too.

I expected it to be like other companies, where you wait days for a reply. Instead, they're always available and always get back to me. Even in the evenings and on weekends, which I really appreciated.

Daria Zyu Daria Zyu Online store of Ukrainian-made goods, Nikopol

The site we built

ATIS atis-shop.com.ua

I paid exactly what they quoted at the start. When I asked them mid-project to add a page with my students' results, they named the price first and only then did it. No "that wasn't included" at the end. Others never worked that way.

The site we built

Anna ELT anna-elt-w.com.ua

Two days after launch, inquiries from the contact form stopped coming in. I wrote to them on a Saturday, and it was fixed by lunch. The problem was with the hosting, but no one said "that's not on us." They just sorted it out.

Attorney Diadechko’s Office diadechko.com.ua

I know nothing about websites. They explained everything in plain language, no jargon. Before handing the site over, they showed me how to change the text and photos myself and recorded a video. Now I update everything on my own. Thank you for your patience.

The site went live a year ago, and I still message them about small things: adding partners, posting photos from the celebration. They answer as if they'd delivered it yesterday. Not once have I heard that the contract has ended.

Maria Ruban Maria Ruban PR & Partnerships Manager, World Luxury Chamber of Commerce

The site we built

World Luxury Day worldluxuryday.com

We needed the site before the season started, and the deadline was tight. They promised four weeks and delivered in three and a half. I never had to chase them. Every week they told me what was done. We started the season with the site already live.

The site we built

Rakovar rakovar.com.ua

Our old website brought in one or two inquiries a month. Three months after the new one launched, we get eight to ten, with no ads. We're now on Google's first page for the searches that matter. The site finally pays for itself.

Frequently asked questions about enterprise apps

Answers about cost and timelines, offline work, distribution to staff and integrations. Did not find yours? Write to us.

How much does an enterprise mobile app cost?

From ₴99,000. The starting price is made up of a cross-platform app for iOS and Android (from ₴33,000), a custom backend (together — from ₴53,000), staff sign-in, roles and permissions, an admin panel for the office and push notifications. Offline work, integrations with your systems and extra modules are counted separately. The app cost calculator shows what each part costs, and the exact price is fixed in the contract after the brief.

How long does it take to build an enterprise app?

The first working version for one team or one scenario takes 1.5–3 months. The full app with roles, synchronisation and integrations — from 3 months. We advise starting with one team: it tries the app in real work, and the rest of the features are added in stages.

Will the app work without the internet?

It can, if your team needs it: in a warehouse, in a basement or on the road there is often no connection. Then data is kept on the device and synchronised once the connection is back. Offline mode makes the project more complex — for instance, you have to decide what happens when two people change the same record — so its scope and price are counted separately at the brief.

How do employees get the app?

Through private distribution: only the people you invite install the app, and it is not listed in any public catalogue. An employee’s access can be revoked — for instance, when they leave the company. The way of distribution that fits your devices and security policy is chosen at the brief.

Which systems can the app be integrated with?

With those that have an API: your CRM, your website or online store, your own internal system. If there is no API, we first assess whether one can be built. More on the integrations and backend and API development pages.

Native or cross-platform — which to choose for an internal app?

Usually cross-platform — Flutter or React Native: one codebase runs on iOS and Android, so development and maintenance cost less. We go native on request — when the app has to work closely with a camera scanner, Bluetooth devices or background processes. More about choosing the technology — on the cross-platform development page; about other apps — on the mobile development page.

Shall we discuss an app for your team?

Tell us how the team works now and what gets in its way — we will say where to start and name the cost and the timeline of the first version. No obligation.
