Turnkey Laravel website development

A Laravel website or web application for when a ready-made CMS is not enough: personal accounts and roles, custom business logic, API integrations, large volumes of data. We build the admin panel for your project, so you can work with it without a programmer.

Who it is for

Who needs a Laravel website

  • Startups and SaaS

A product with sign-up, personal accounts and subscriptions that has to grow along with its users.

  • Companies with their own processes

An internal service: a base of clients and requests, roles for staff, documents and notifications.

  • Stores with non-standard logic

Complex discounts and calculations, a large catalogue or integrations that ready-made plugins cannot provide.

What’s included

What Laravel development includes

  • An admin panel for your project

An admin built around your data and processes, with nothing superfluous — usable without a programmer.

  • Accounts and roles

Personal accounts for clients, partners or staff, each with its own access rights.

  • Custom business logic

Calculations, bookings, request statuses and processes that no ready-made plugin offers.

  • APIs and integrations

Payment systems, CRM, Google Drive and Docs, delivery services — through their APIs.

  • Notifications

SMS and emails to clients and the team: confirmations, reminders, status changes.

  • Security

Protection against XSS and SQL injection, access rights and database backups.

  • Volume and load

A large catalogue, lots of data and peak loads — an architecture with room to grow.

  • Testing and deployment

Code in Git, checks before every release and careful deployment of updates to the server.

Process

How we develop a Laravel website

  1. 01

    Analysis and specification

We describe the user roles, data, processes and integrations of the project and fix the price and timeline in the contract.

  2. 02

    Prototype and design

Prototypes of the accounts, forms and admin panel, then the design. We agree on everything before development starts.

  3. 03

    Development in stages

The backend, the admin panel and the API integrations. We show working parts as we go, not only at the end.

  4. 04

    Testing and launch

We test the scenarios and access rights, deploy to the server, migrate the data and hand over all the access.

Our Laravel work

A SaaS product, a client database with its own admin panel and a company website — three projects on Laravel.

Case studies

How it went on real projects

The task, the solution and the result: what exactly we did and what came of it.

All cases
  • Workshop inventory app on a laptop screen: the parts table with search by meaning, next to a photo of a board
    Electronics and prototyping workshop

Workshop: an inventory app with AI agents, search by meaning and an MCP server

Task Keep everything the workshop holds in one place: parts and stock, documents, equipment, projects. And fill it in by voice and photo rather than with forms.

What we did A Laravel and React app where every record has an internal code and search works by meaning. The in-app chat and external agents use the same tools, and permissions are checked on every call.

Result The app already holds 141 parts, 235 photos described by AI and 538 vectors, and agents made 86 changes over the past week. We use it ourselves, and it is genuinely convenient.

What our clients say about us

We’re confident that after working with us you’ll leave a positive review here too.

This is where it all started. Since then we've ordered two more websites here and never even looked for another developer. Every time the work is done well and on time. I recommend them to colleagues.

We came back a second time, now with the chamber's own website. I didn't have to explain anything from scratch: they remembered how we work and suggested better options themselves. And regular clients get a discount too.

I expected it to be like other companies, where you wait days for a reply. Instead, they're always available and always get back to me. Even in the evenings and on weekends, which I really appreciated.

ATIS atis-shop.com.ua

I paid exactly what they quoted at the start. When I asked them mid-project to add a page with my students' results, they named the price first and only then did it. No "that wasn't included" at the end. Others never worked that way.

Anna ELT anna-elt-w.com.ua

Two days after launch, inquiries from the contact form stopped coming in. I wrote to them on a Saturday, and it was fixed by lunch. The problem was with the hosting, but no one said "that's not on us." They just sorted it out.

I know nothing about websites. They explained everything in plain language, no jargon. Before handing the site over, they showed me how to change the text and photos myself and recorded a video. Now I update everything on my own. Thank you for your patience.

The site went live a year ago, and I still message them about small things: adding partners, posting photos from the celebration. They answer as if they'd delivered it yesterday. Not once have I heard that the contract has ended.

Maria Ruban Maria Ruban PR & Partnerships Manager, World Luxury Chamber of Commerce

The site we built

World Luxury Day worldluxuryday.com

We needed the site before the season started, and the deadline was tight. They promised four weeks and delivered in three and a half. I never had to chase them. Every week they told me what was done. We started the season with the site already live.

The site we built

Rakovar rakovar.com.ua

Our old website brought in one or two inquiries a month. Three months after the new one launched, we get eight to ten, with no ads. We're now on Google's first page for the searches that matter. The site finally pays for itself.

What you should know before creating a site on Laravel

We have collected answers to the most common questions — about the framework’s advantages, timelines, cost and integrations. If you still have questions of your own, write to us and we will advise you.

How does Laravel differ from other CMSs?

Laravel is a PHP framework for building websites and web applications of any complexity from scratch. It is not a ready-made CMS but a flexible tool for custom solutions: no superfluous functionality, fast and secure.

When is it best to choose Laravel?

When you need personal accounts and roles, custom business logic or a SaaS product, API integrations, or large volumes of data and load. For example, internal company services and CRM systems, or online stores with non-standard logic.

Is it possible to administer a site on Laravel without programming?

Yes. We build a convenient admin panel tailored to your project: you manage texts, products, requests and users yourself, without technical knowledge.

How long does it take to create a site on Laravel?

It depends on the complexity of the functionality. On average, 3 to 8 weeks, including design, programming and testing. We name the exact timeline after the brief and fix it in the contract.

Is it possible to integrate third-party services – payment, API, logistics, etc.?

Of course. Laravel is well suited to integrating any API: payment systems, delivery services, email and SMS services, CRM, Google Drive and Docs, analytics.

What does a turnkey Laravel website include?

Analysis and a specification, prototypes and design, the backend and admin panel, accounts and roles, integrations, testing and launch on the server. After the launch we hand over all the access and, if needed, take the project on for support.

How much does a Laravel website cost?

From ₴40,000. The price depends on the number of roles and screens, the business logic and the integrations. The website cost calculator gives a guide, and a complex project is estimated after the brief, with the price fixed in the contract.

When is WordPress enough?

When the site does not need accounts, roles and custom logic: a company website, a landing page or an ordinary online store. WordPress is cheaper and launches faster, and you manage the content yourself.

Shall we discuss your Laravel project?

Describe the roles, data and processes the site has to cover — we’ll suggest an architecture and name the price and timeline. No obligation.
